Julie Thomas Tullos - Owner and Head Instructor
Julie is a Level III Hunt Seat Certified Instructor, specializing in Hunter Jumper Instruction for the beginner to intermediate rider. Julie is certified through the American Riding Instructor's Association (ARIA). In 2009 she was named one of the Top 50 Riding Instructors in the United States by the ARIA. Julie has been teaching professionally for over twenty years. Early on, she was the Head Instructor for Windmill Stables in Richardson. Her students and ponies have won many year-end awards and championships in the local show circuits. Besides showing Hunter Jumper, Julie was a C-2 member of Hood Pony Club while growing up and, from 2001-2004, was the District Commissioner of High Rise Pony Club. From 2005 to 2007 she was the Regional Supervisor for the Red River Region Pony Clubs. She is the current President of the North Texas Hunter Jumper Club and is a Past-President of the Dallas Hunter Jumper Scholarship Circuit. She has also been a USPC National Quiz Championships Judge. She emphasizes safety, dedication, compassion and hard work. Julie is committed to making you or your child a skilled rider and an excellent horseman.
